bounced emails

Please can anyone help with this problem? My daughter is unable to send me emails, her mail is 'bounced' back to her with this message,
postmaster@bouncemessage.net Failed 5.4.3 (routing server failure)
What can I do ? This has only happened since I got my new imac last year with Tiger. I have her address in my address book. Thankyou Teresa

HI there,

Your Mac does not have anything to do with the error problem: http://support.iprimus.com.au/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=406&Item id=150

Make sure she has correct address, make sure you have correct address from your "sent from". Send your self an email and see what happens. The problem is with the service you use or you somehow do not have the correct address to yourself...
