Q: Can someone please help with my clamshell. The screen went completely blank

i was using it for a couple of hours and then all of a sudden, white fine lines appeared and then the screen turned grey and then blue. i shut it off and tried to restart it and now i dont see anything on the screen. it starts up fine and i hear the sounds but i do not see anything on the screen. i want to reset my pmu but the apple website it temporarily down
