Vindbjerg, your English seems fine to me (it's much better than my non-existent Danish!).
As for your first question, you can make the original curve disappear by using the opacity slider in the Graphics Inspector. Click on the graph to select it, and then slide the opacity all the way left, so that the lines vanish.
(Interestingly, in a multi-line graph, the opacity control affects
all lines, which seems odd to me, since the other Graphic Inspector controls only affect the selected line.)
Regarding the second issue, unfortunately Keynote treats values on the X-axis as categories, and not as continuous values. So it isn't possible to change how many "steps" the axis uses. However, you can hide the X-axis labels, and put the steps you want in by hand -- inelegant, but a solution.
