Can I export music from my iTunes library to another application?

Yeah those apps probably just don't ACC. Burn it to
an audio CD then re rip it to wav or mp3 ( I assume
those apps will use wav. Most do)
Oh wait before you waste a CD, I forgot. Since it is
an unprotected ACC file you can actually just convert
it to an MP3 directly in iTunes. Completely forgot
about that. You can select the song righrt click and
convert selection to MP3 (if you have you import
setting set to mp3).
Yes. import setting in preferences. Change it to MP3
I think AAC will get you a little better quality for
the same file size of an Mp3. If I recall, iTunes
saves the original file and makes a copy with the
converted version. But to be safe, just make a backup
copy of the original file
