mysterious screensaver

Hi!

I found a screensaver for windows on a myspace-page called "ipodnanoblue/green/pink". The saver is like the colorful tv-ad for the remastered nanos. Now that I have a mac I wanted to download the saver for os x. Unfortunally the myspace-page doesn´t exists anymore. Does anybody knows were I can find the saver?

Hi There Henning

Although this is sort of Mac related, this really isn't the place to be posting such a question as these forums are meant for technical problems users have with their Macs.

Doing a google search such as "ipod nano mac os x screensaver" might be able to help you though.

I contacted some Mac-orientated Newspapers, asked in forums, searched the web with google etc. and my last chance to ask this question seems to me this place. Where else do you think can I get an answer?

This part of your first sentence seems to indicate that the screensaver in question is for the Windows/PC platform. That’s perhaps why you can’t find it on any Mac OSX download sites. Even if I am wrong and you can’t find it after doing the search work yourself, then its just about 99.9% certain that none of us here on this forum will know any more than you.

If you haven't discovered VersionTracker yet, you might try it:

http://www.versiontracker.com/

Type in "screensavers" in the search box and you'll get pages of stuff to look through. One can waste a LOT of time trying out the various goodies.
