May i know is it posible to convert/export Recorded Wave/Aiff file to MIDI file?
-purpose: to trigger the individual drum hit from EXS,software instrument.
Posible to convert/export it by Logic internal function?
I don't think you can export raw audio to a MIDI file. As you're probably aware, a MIDI file is basically like a set of instructions, telling whatever midi device what built in sounds to play, how to play them, and when to play them. Raw audio is a bunch of ones and zeros that are converted to create actual signal.
What may work is if you're able to use the raw audio to "key" certain events. Anyone here more knowledgeable than me know if LE/LP does keying?
after you record some audio, double click on the region to open up the sample editor. click on the factory>audio to score.
There you'll have a couple options which help Logic analyze the audio and convert it into midi data. (just for kicks, I tried it just now on a trumpet solo and I got pretty crappy results, so I know you'll need to tweak it a lot). After you hit the process button, the score editor will open where you can see just how ..uh...well this process works. Good luck!
The Audio to score function only works on monophonic parts (like a trumpet solo). Its close to useless for most tasks.
No, you cannot produce a midi file from an AIFF in a practical sense. (think about what this asking!).
For triggering samples (drums?) there are things you can do. have a look at Drumagog for an example...

Also look at logic's ability to match tempo (if your Aiff has variable tempo - especially if it is a live performance) and its quantization "maps" (sorry if that is the wrong term but I don't have access to logic right now - I'm working off memory)
I had read an interesting industry magazine article dated LAST SUNDAY about how to accomplish this.
They approached the issue by not necessarily analyzing the AIFF file; rather, they suggested wearing a pair of closed-back headphones, running this new software (B.S.-MC aka the BrainScience-to-MIDI-Converter) and letting it spit out a new MIDI file.
I've tried to acquire this software, but after thinking about it, I realized that the Logic Compressor couldn't UNZIP it.
😉
I Hope that this helps 😉

Apparently it works great if you can plug your midi lead directly into your head. Unfortunately some folk have trouble with hair getting into the midi socket and medical science needs to evolve a bit before they can locate the socket somewhere less hairy. For women the chin would be a good place IMHO. For blokes, I think the best place would be lower-middle back - they just need to route some cabling down your spinal column and bob's your uncle!
Both NI Reaktor and Melodyne can do it incredibly well on monophonic parts, and can easily translate audio amplitude of any type to midi hits; but you'd be paying for everything else they can do as well.
This looks like a cheap and cheerful plug that would do the job:
Erm...what do you mean it?are you showing me the way to convert the audio into midi file?thru the score function?wow...how to do it?come on,give me some idea...
