Quicktime and Fraps
I just upgraded to quicktime pro so that I can convert files (.avi) saved using fraps to mp4 files.
When I load the the fraps capture into quicktime I get a black screen and when I try to play the movie it stays black, the sound plays but is very jerky.
I have been using Windows Movie Maker to convert the fraps files to wmv files, with no problems. I have fraps installed on the same machine and the fraps codec is there. (And must work or I wouldn't be able to view or edit the movies using the Microsoft products)
Any ideas? Apart from don't use Microsoft,
