Finder > GO > Network = Nothing?

Question

Finder > GO > Network = Nothing?

Hi there,

On my Mac Mini, I'm trying to access the network so I can connect to my Macbook Pro. When I go to Finder > GO > Network ... nothing happens. Nothing comes up. No spinning beach ball, nothing.

Help?

MacBook Pro 1.83 - iBook G4 1.2, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

I have the same problem. I called Apple Support, but they couldn't help either. Finally I found this thread:
