head to the following page, and plug your serial number into the box in the "My Downloads" tab. (don't tell me what your serial number is.) what model number comes up for you?
(for example, when i do that for belladonna i get told she's a 510S Retail.)
the one burning-relevant update i can see there is the BIOS download. so check to see if you're up to date with that. the following Gateway document may be of some assistance with that:
