Midi Events Drop Out When Sustain Pedal Depressed
hey all - would appreciate any advice you can give on this issue.
i am using a yamaha keyboard and sustain pedal as a controller for logic express 7. i am using native instruments' kore 2 as my midi interface.
when i record into logic express (through the kore 2), the logic application records all of my note data and pedal data, but everytime i depress the pedal some of the note data drops out.
as i am playing, everything sounds fine.
when i go back to play the recording, i can see that the pedal data is included as midi data, but each time the pedal was depressed the note data is missing.
very odd, no?
i am using the EXSP24 as my sound source within logic.
