Roland TD-8 drums: how to midi record?

I am trying to record via midi my Roland kit, using the sounds IN the module, not the ones in GB. I have a MIDIDsport 2x2 USB interface and am using 2 MIDI cables plus the USB cable into the Mac. I can easily get the MIDI notes recorded but can I ever get GB to trigger the Roland module?

Thank you in advance!

G4, Mac OS X (10.4.6)

Not physically possible with ANY computer or ANY software:

http://www.bulletsandbones.com/GB/GBFAQ.html#Audionotmidi

You would need to connect a Line-Out of the drum machine to a lIne-In on the computer, or Audio Interface ( http://www.bulletsandbones.com/GB/GBFAQ.html#interfaces )

I ever get GB to trigger the Roland module?
