What do you mean "nothing happens?" Do other CD's and DVD's work?

If you mean that it does not show up on the desktop then check your finder preferences to make sure that mounted media showing up on the desktop is checked.

Are you certain that it is the Mac version of Age of Empires and not the Windows version? According to the Ensemble Studios website the only Mac version of Age of Empires III available is a downloadable version of the demo version.

sorry, i meant it shows up on the desktop but I cant seem to figure out how to install it. no options come up like they usually do with windows. Ive browsed through the files in the disc and still havnt found a way of installing it.

no, it isnt the mac version. does this mean its impossible to run on a mac? i thought macs supported some windows software?

sorry if half of this doesnt make sense, I'm not going to pretend I know a lot about computers

At this point In time Parrelles will not do what you want. While it is endlessly cool, and I personally use it for work it will not run newer games. Parrelles does not support 3D graphics. You need to run boot camp beta. Trust me, I ran Parrelles into the ground 5 times before I checked the website in total frustration. Go with Boot campt if just wanna play games.
