iSync to LG VX8700

iSync to LG VX8700

iSync says this device is not supported. Does anyone know if this device will eventually be supported? I'm considering changing to a Moto KRZR or SLVR, do those sync?

I doubt any LG phone will be supported by iSync any time soon. LG have chosen to use their own proprietary and incompatible syncing protocol.

According to the iSync Compatible Devices page the KRZR & SLVR do sync:

Personally, I'd avoid a Motorola and choose a Sony Ericsson. Much more Mac compatible in general, less issues, and you can do more with them...

The LG VX8700 looks like a really nice phone, and it's bluetooth capabilities are quite extensive. The brushed metal case goes perfectly with the MBP. Apple should really find a way to make the phone and the Mac work together. It's so close.
