Address is Printed Upside Down on #10 envelope- Phaser 7750DN- HELP ANYONE

Love the fact that Address book allows you to
print on #10 Envelopes-

My Xerox Phaser 7750DN Color Laser Printer is
printing the Address Upside down on the #10
envelopes-

HELP! I have tried everything-
1. Changing Orientation
2. Xerox Layout Changes
3. Everything in the advanced menu's

Please send me any and all suggestions, Idea
or Helps- Anyone else have this problem or
have had this problem? If this is not possible
how can you import or export the info to
MS Excel where I can do a mail merge-

Rotate the envelope 180 in the printer.

This might be the only solution-

But the flap has to be insterted into the
envelope- So if I do a mailer of 500
that makes it a pretty labor intesive task-

Most printers need to have the envelope loaded in
a certain way to prevent jams and damaged
envelopes-

Why is the print software not able to
correctly print the way the printer is demanding
the envelope to be positioned?

The 180 rotation might be my ONLY solution-

From the user's manual;
Perform these steps when using an application that includes a tool for creating an envelope document:
- Select facedown.
- Select the feed method with the image centered.
- Clear Clockwise Rotation.

Selecting Front Panel Settings to Print Envelopes
1. At the printer’s front panel, do one of the following:
- Press the OK button if both Envelopes and the correct envelope size are selected. Go to Step 4.
- Select Change if a different paper type or incorrect envelope size is selected, then press the OK button. Go to Step 2.
2. Select Envelope, then press the OK button.
3. Select the correct envelope size, then press the OK button to save your selection.
4. In the printer driver, select either Envelopes as the paper type or Tray 1 (MPT) as the paper source.

Hey Thanks- BUT

From what User Manual are you referring?
The Xerox Phaser- Manual?

I am a little confused...
"Perform these steps..."
Where am I performing these steps? In Address Book?
I have never seen a menu that allows me to Select what you
are describling-

The instructions on the Phaser Machine itself I have already
done and that part works- I have no trouble getting the
envelopes to print- As a matter of Fact they print so well
that I am printing Cartoons on the front and backs of the
envelopes- Looks FANTASTIC

I might have just found a solution after working on it most
of the evening- SNAIL MAIL- SOFTWARE- Appears to have the most
settings and does multiple envelopes- I tried Addessix and it does work
well to a degree but seems to struggle a little- Both have great interface-

Please post again if you can- it appears that you might have a
simple answer that is within the software itself-
