Where is the restore button in iTunes

I cant see it anywhere, even when i clock on my iPod nothing is coming up, except a list of everythin thats on it and you cant do anything on that page...help!

What version of iTunes are you using? In iTunes 7 if you click on the iPod icon when you are connected to iTunes that should bring up the preference tabs in the main pane on the right. The restore button is on the first tab which is called Summary. If you are using iTunes 6 then the iPod is restored using the separate iPod Updater program:
