Unallocated Memory

Hallo everybody,
I had a problem with my iPod and to repair this I changed the driver letter of the device. Changing the driver letter I discovered unallocated memory on my iPod.
At first I thought this memory is used for the operating system. But then I read the article of Apple again and there it is.
In the article you can see the memory of an 40GB iPod. There are 39MB unallocated. But my iPod does not use 94MB.

Trying to solve the other problem, I already did the 5R's, reformatted and changed the driver letter (as you see from the article 😉 ) . All of these I did several times. The thread of the solved problem is here.

So, how much unallocated memory does your iPod have and how to decrease it?

have a nice day
