Only RAID on one side?

We just set up our RAID and have it set up as RAID 5 with one spare. I was looking at RAID Admin 1.5 and how do I not let it see the other RAID controller so that it does not give me "Yellow" caution lights in the program. What is the reccommended step? Can I just take out the controller and leave it out?

The controller is probably complaining about a link failure.

Simplest solution would be to plug in a fiber channel cable.

OK. Will plug in the Fibre cable for side two. But I don't want to plug in another ethernet cable into the ethernet port on side two and set up another IP addressee. Is there any were in the RAID Admin Software to tell it to ignore RAID controller #2????
