Enhanced Tuning/Vocal Transform

Hello out there.
I've run into a situation using Enhanced Tuning with Vocal Transform, up a 4th harmony.
It warbles - making it unusable where the harmony has been added. I'm sure I've used this config in other songs without this problem.
I've tried what I can think of, but to no avail.
Any solution?

Does it warble without the enhanced tuning? Instead of the Vocal Transformer, you might give the AUPitch a try. A fourth is 500 Cent.

No warble without Enhanced Tuning.
I did try the AU Pitch - no warble - and given that the vocal was ok in the first place - it's hard to say if there was much change. But as there was no problem - I'll thank you.
