I bought a song and it won't play!

You're saying it's like it wasn't downloaded, have you tried checking for purchases to start the download again? (Store->Check For Purchases...)

If it is showing in your library, but won't play, are you sure you've authorized your computer?

If you've done all that, and still have no luck, you should probably contact customer support.

copy the file from the folder in windows explorer and then move it anywhere else. Then click on it and it will play. Basically just move the file. Hope that helps 🙂

I would say that this one is solved, as moving the file to
another folder and playing it from there fixed this exact
problem for me.
