How to Remove udp port 5353

Do anyone know to remove port 5353 from OS X Server without blocking it from a firewall?

The command line to turn off MDNSResponder is:

sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.MDNSResponder.plist

I've shut this off on all my 10.4 machines and the only app that's complained is Extensis Suitcase.
