How to Remove udp port 5353

What do you mean by 'remove port 5333'?

If you mean that you have some process on the machine that's using that port, then the obvious answer is to shut down that process.

If you mean you want to prevent users running traffic over that port, well that's what the firewall is for...

Do you want to turn off Bonjour? Why?

I'm not sure that is possible.
In Panther there were a setting in Directory Access but it's "always on" in Tiger.

It might be possible if using a tool like Lingon (or the Terminal) to turn (parts of?) Bonjour off : com.apple.mDNSResponder

The command line to turn off MDNSResponder is:

sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.MDNSResponder.plist

I've shut this off on all my 10.4 machines and the only app that's complained is Extensis Suitcase.
