Arabic websites not turning out right?

I certainly can't read Arabic, but for comparison sake, I'm at my office on a Dell computer. I just went to the Aljazeera website and copied/pasted a portion of a sentence. I have no idea what I just pasted:

تقدم نيكولا ساركوزي على منافس

What I see are approximatedly five words with joined characters, and a space separation between the words. Perhaps some inflection character has a slight separation.

whenever i go to a website where the language is
arabic, all of the letters are there but they are not
connected

This is caused by the presence of windows arabic fonts. Try removing the Arial an Times New Roman installed by MS Office.
