Adding censor BEEEPS?

Hi -- I'm recording voiceovers for an animation project using GarageBand and I need to add those censor BEEPS to cover the bad words. Does anyone out there know how to do this with GarageBand? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Something in the back of my mind says that the standard censor sound is a 1Kc tone. You could probably find something on the net, play with one of the synths to create your own, or, assuming the project isn't too serious, get creative choosing the sound effect.

You might want to try creating a software track that uses the Radio Sounds "instrument", there might be something in there that's useful.

Thank you so much for replying, but I have a follow-up question --

What should I use for the beeps though? Is there a specific instrument or something?
