VGA-out cuts off left edge of screen...
For a teaching gig, I attach my 12" PowerBook to the school's LCD projectors.
I use Apple's VGA adapter, which takes it from the 12" video-out to a standard VGA connector. Plugged into one of my home LCD monitors, it shows the full screen just fine.
But when I plug the adapter into one of the school's projectors, the left 1/2" or so of the screen is cropped -- and this is true with all of the five or six different projectors I've tried throughout the school.
The projectors' controls move the image left and right and shrink it, but the left side remains cropped.
Any clues about how I can fix that?
