DOWNLOADED ELVIS/CELINE SONG - HOW DO I TRANSFER IT TO MY NANO????

Right-click on the song in Windows Explorer, highlight "Open With" and select iTunes. Next, connect your Nano to your computer and wait for it to appear in the iTunes source pane (the sidebar on the left). In your iTunes library, find the song you want and drag it onto the name of your iPod in the source pane. Wait for it to finish syncing and eject it.

The iPod Nano does not do video.

Since it was downloaded from the iTunes store, just watch it in iTunes.
Windows Exploder shouldn't have anyting to do with it.

You could buy a video ipod, if you want to watch videos on an ipod. Otherwise, you're only getting songs and audio podcasts on the nano.

There must be some kind of epidemic. This is about the dozenth person asking about transferring video to a nano. You would have thought that, if they are considering purchasing an iPod, they would choose the correct one for their needs, wouldn't you? I mean, Apple doesn't make it hard - it does offer a comparison chart for the 3 different species.

But this one goes beyond the others in that they don't appear to know the difference between a 'song' (audio only) and a video (er, video).

At least you're from one of the (slightly) saner states. <grin>

make sure on your ipod settings on itunes is set to manulally manage music then go tho the song you want and drag and drop it to the side bar icon that reads the name of your nano and that should work!
