Multiple users logged with remote desktop?

Hello,

I am relatively new to mac os x server and ARD but have found it quite easy to fit into.

My question is, like windows terminal services, is it possible that multiple users could log on to my xserve and use it under their account the same time?

Sorry but no, Mac OS X (neither the workstation nor the server version) has no functionality like Windows Terminal Services, at least not for Aqua applications. It is possible for multiple users to connect via X11, I believe, and via a terminal for command-line UNIX applications, but not for normal Mac OS X applications and not through ARD.
