Sorry, but no, you can't. Apple gift cards cannot be used in the iTunes Store and vice-versa. But as PT suggested, you can use the Apple gift card to buy iTunes prepaid cards.
Here is what apple says in regard to purchasing a gift card with a giftcard. And this is directly from their "About Payment Methods" box. "Please Note: If your order includes and Apple Gift Card or an iTunes Music Store Gift Certificate, you cannot pay using and Apple Gift card. You must use another payment method instead." If you doubt me, go to "check out" and click on about payment methods.

There's a difference between an iTunes gift
certificate and an iTunes gift
card. The
Apple Gift Card FAQ specifically says:
"
Can I use the Apple Gift Card to purchase an iTunes Music Store Gift Card? What about an iTunes Music Store electronic gift certificate?"
"Apple Gift Cards can be used to purchase an iTunes Music Store Gift Card. However, Apple Gift Cards can't be used to purchase iTunes Music Store electronic gift certificates."
Thats weird. I've tried to buy iTunes Store Gift Cards at the Apple Stores (retail) and told that you can't buy iTunes gift cards with Apple gift cards.
