Type 69 error occurred - Tell Quark

It happen twice in one day Type 69 error occurred, think its a quark error but quark don't seem to have a error chart (any tips). Its something to do with folder as changing the save name create same error.

tell application "QuarkXPress"
save document 1 in "AA Server:AA Clients:18600 to 18799:18618 Harbourside Holiday Villas:Ads:00187497:00187497" with include preview without template
end tell

open in Finder works fine

tell application "Finder"
open folder "AA Server:AA Clients:18600 to 18799:18618 Harbourside Holiday Villas:Ads:00187497:"
end tell

as there no type 69 error in Finder, it must be quark

Deleting 18618 Harbourside Holiday Villas and up and recreate has same error

Users and group setting are normal

What is quark erroring on?

Intel xServer, Mac OS X (10.4.8), Same for different machines

Bevan, if it's a quark error it is most likely font related. ON top of the good advice about making sure you have enough HD space and Operating RAM, the most likely cause is fonts. It could be a corrupt or conflicting font being used in Quark, or it could be a font running in the system that Quark does not like (but this might be the case if all Quark documents have the same error happening). If you have any software that can scan fonts, I suggest you do that, otherwise try a simple 'eliminate' the bad font procedure. Font Doctor is great software for finding and fixing font errors.

Also Kurt Lang has written a very informative piece on Mac OSX fonts which you might find useful.

Disk is no where near full, 1.74TB available or 1740Gb that can fit 2 or 3 text files 🙂 Im interest in a URL to where you got the 69 error from. It an automated template design ad fully done by Applescript that uses the same font every time. We have extensis suitcase managing the fonts.
By changing the client code, and creating new folders it works, just an accounting nightmare changing codes.
