Frozen iPod

My ipod is completely frozen. I can't even use the clickwheel and i've tried to reset it multiple times.

One thing that did happen is that the screen was frozen on a song. I reseted it once and it turned all the way back to the main menu screen. It doesn't make a huge difference though.

Please help me!
