Why can't I download my pre-order?

Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for purchases" command and run that. You may find the tracks there to be downloaded.

If not, contact the iTunes Store using the form at the bottom of the Download FAQ web page and explain the problem to them.

I'm having the same issue. Support claims it's my computer to which I have downloaded 439 songs to already. Oddly enough I still can't download a previous preorder even though I am able to download FREE songs and podcast without issues. I asked them to cancel the order and they stopped contacting me with either a yay or a nay. It's not like they have to refund me or anything as they haven't drafted any monies yet. I guess I will have to chock this up as a loss and no longer purchase through iTunes anymore. Amazon is cheaper most of the time anyway. No back ups needed there. Peace.

Dell Optiplex GX620 Windows XP Pro

Same issue here. I purchased the Linkin Park Minutes to Midnight + Linking Park TV Pass. I am able to download all the LPTV episodes but still cannot download the Minutes to Midnight album I was supposed to receive as part of the package. It was released on 5/15/2007. I can see it for sale on iTunes. So why can't I download it? I have an email in to support.
