Creating a Tiger Boot DVD

Hi all... I'm looking for information on creating my own Tiger bootable DVD that would contain a slimmed down OS X 10.4 and a .dmg file as part of a restore process for remote users.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it... thanks!

Note, the ability to create a bootable DVD is dependent on your having license to do this for as many machines that would use it. Also Intel Macs can't use the retail Tiger installer disk. And there are these limitations on which Macs can install specific versions of Tiger:
