I would guess that 98% of EXS24 users are using it to playback multisampled libraries, so individual samples are not being pitched up and down very much at all, meaning aliasing effects are basically a non-issue.

For my purposes, it's fine, but if you intend to stretch a single sample up or down four octaves, you may notice aliasing. There are samples which perform better in this respect, although they may well have a heavier processor footprint.

I can tell you theat Kirk Hunter who designs his libraries for Kontakt started developing them also for the EXS24 after I unmercifully nagged him and he is now a big fan of the sound of the EXS24.
