my ipod wont show up on xp or itunes.
it says usb device not recognized.
i have tried everything and i can't get anything to work.
someone please help.

Have you tried your iPod on a different computer? Maybe on a friends that already has itunes installed?

did yours work out?? i'm having the same problem.. ive tried everything in the faq and i still get your msg-- win does not recognise usb device.
