Hotmail and msn Messenger does not log in

Hi I have a iBook G4 and I use hotmail and msn
messenger everyday.
Yesterday when I was logging in to msn it didnt log
in and it told me: Sign in to Microsoft Messenger
failed because the service is not available or you
may not be connected to the internet.
the same when I try to log in to hotmail, safari
tells me: Safari could not open the page
“ http://hotmail.com/” because the server stopped
responding. It happens me also with Firefox and
Internet Explorer.
My internet connection is working well.

Please help me!
