CD Won't Eject

I have had the optical drive on my Intel iMac replaced four times by an authorized Apple Technician and now have an issue where the white case doesn't squeeze together tightly enough, apparently causing the optical drive to fail to eject discs.

If I press the casing together, pinching the top right-hand corner, that seems to allow the disc to eject. Otherwise, intermittently, a disc will sound as if it is hitting the inside of the case as it attempts to come out the slot, and simply gets re-mounted by the drive.

Can anyone recommend a way to strengthen the connection created by the metal arms that are responsible for the effect of the non-existant screws?

The arms I am referring to are the metal locks/hinges/arms that you disengage by using a credit card or putty knife to enter the iMac casing for replacing removal parts. On that note, is there an Apple authorized tool for replacing the credit card that my Apple authorized technician used?

Apple Suggestion - Bring back hex screws.

Well you could try here: http://www.welovemacs.com/apim2incoduo11.html for parts. For more about We Love Macs go to: info top right of there page!

Or pop into the nearest Apple Store and ask the Tech's what they do, he should have the card and spring clips if they are replaceble.
