Using The Macbook Abroad

I own a Macbook and can't bear to part with it. I'll be soon going abroad for school for a couple of years and I was just wondering if there is an power adapter for my laptop for use overseas. Currently, I'm in the US with 110 volts and will be going to to Pakistan with 220 volts. Hopefully I can still use my Macbook in Pakistan.

Your power adapter will work fine overseas as it is designed to handle both 110 and 240 volt outlets.

The only thing you need is a plug adapter so you can plug it into the wall outlets where you're going. Now, you could spend a bunch of cash and get Apple's nifty travel set, or you could just buy a plug adapter for where you're going. It will be significantly cheaper.

I'm in the U.K. right now but I'm from Canada and so is my MacBook. I just bought a travel plug adapter that converts the North American three-prong plug into the British three-prong plug. It was as easy as that. And it only cost me £3.
