My son gave me an ITunes Voucher for my birthday and today I went to purchase and download another album. I have been an ITunes user for a long time and KNOW my password. I entered it and it was refused - tried again - very carefully making sure that capslock etc was off and that every keystroke was correct - again log in was refused. So - I went to reset my password - received the e-mail - reset - went to buy the album and still locked out. Why????? The password I put in initially was correct. I tried to follow the link at the bottom of the e-mail I was sent http://survey.info.apple.com/feedback/appleid.html and it doesn't even lead to an active page. I am really fed up now - can't buy from ITunes and they have my money!
