buying an album from itunes USA

Hi
hope i am putting this in the right place. i am trying to buy an album that is preorderable in the usa, but not here yet!! and it wont let me, says my itunes wont do it
is there a way of turning itunes on so it will let me buy from the usa?

Well, I'm not exactly sure where your "here" is (UK?). However, I'm guessing it must be outside the US. If so, the only way you can buy from the US iTunes Store is if you 1)Have a US credit card with a 2)US billing address. Otherwise, you'll have to wait or find another source. The rights holders control when and where music can be released and Apple is required to abide by that.
