Problem with trace route/ping penetrating ADSL router

I am having problems with traceroute and ping.
They do not receive any echos beyond the ADSL router.
The router is D-Link DSL-504G.
Having WhatRoute use ICMP instead of UDP makes no difference.
My ISP has stated that it does not block these.

From WhatRoute:

Find route from: 10.1.1.6
to: www.cnn.com (64.236.91.21), Max 30 hops, 40 byte packets
Host Names truncated to 32 bytes
1 10.1.1.1 (10.1.1.1 ): 0ms 0ms 0ms
2 * *

ADSL unit firewall settings:

The D-Link has a test function.

It gave me these results :
Testing Connectivity to modem

Testing Ethernet connection PASS

Testing ADSL Connection

Testing ADSL line for sync PASS
Testing Circuit for Network Connection
Testing Ethernet connection to ATM PASS
Testing ATM OAM segment ping PASS
Testing ATM OAM end to end ping PASS
Testing PPPoE server connectivity N.A.
Testing PPPoE server session N.A.
Testing authentication with server PASS
Validating assigned IP address 203.173.191.229 PASS

Testing Internet Connectivity

Ping default gateway 203.109.128.167 FAIL
Ping Primary Domain Name Server FAIL
Query DNS for www.dlink.com PASS
Ping www.dlink.com FAIL

Could it be that the ISP is blocking it?
The 3 fails never occurred last year.

There is no "off" for the D-Link firewall.
All I can do is get rid of the filters.

The Stealth mode is off.
