Can't see IPhoto library in IMovie media tab

I'm unable to view my IPhoto library in either IMovie or IDVD. They are all the most recent versions...6.06.

How can I fix this?

imac, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

The information that iMovie and iDVD uses from iPhoto is stored in a file in your library called AlbumData.xml. If this file becomes corrupt, other programs will have trouble seeing your photos. This file is only written to by iPhoto, never read back. You can try dragging it out of your library folder (without iPhoto running) and then run iPhoto, make a change to something in your library, and iPhoto will recreate a new AlbumData.xml file. If something goes wrong, you can always drag the original file back into your library.

The online help for iPhoto Library Manager has a good section on this here: http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/Documentation/iPLM/pgs/albumdata.html

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!

BLANK KEYWORDS seem to be the problem.

I located my very own blank keyword by going to iPhoto, clicking PREFERENCES, then the KEYWORDS tab. The first in the list is a check mark in a black circle. Click on the second key word (it's blank) and the "rename" button becomes active. This indicated to me it was a key word, but it was blank. I renamed it, closed out of Preferences, then launched iMovie.

Voila! Photos available in the Media > Photos area.

Thanks to all!!!
