Unable to access ITunes store or Nike+

Hello all,

I've been unable to login to the ITunes store (Win XP), or transfer data to Nike+ for just over 48 hours now. It's not a login issue, it's that ITunes "is unable to access the store." Is there a problem with the store or is it me?

I've uninstalled and re-installed the latest ITunes, rebooted my cable modem, computer and router and double checked my firewall settings. When I run ITunes diagnostics for my network everything checks out ok except for my access to the store, which it can't contact.

Any ideas?
