Manual Synch deletes all content
Hey
Having used iTunes since the day it came out I feel like an *** for asking this, but I just got a 5g iPod and things aren't working out at all.
I connected the iPod and did an autosynch to my XP iTunes. I then switched to manual synch and connected to my OSX machine. I manually synched a movie.
This is where things went wrong. I downloaded some more video content from the store to my XP box and connected the iPod back to it. I selected to manually Synch the video content and there was a long delay. During this long delay iTunes deleted all the audio tracks from the iPod before synching the video
Every time since when I've connected the iPod the first thing iTunes does when I try to synch TV or Film is delete the audio tracks and either TV or film, whichever I'm not synching.
This as you can guess is extremely frustrating as I have to re-synch all the content each time. Any suggestions?
