iPod software 1.1.3 Download?
I plugged in my Nano (2nd gen) and received the message; "A new iPod software version (1.1.3) is available for the iPod "-my iPod-". Would you like to download and install it now?"
My options are, [Cancel], [Download and Install], and [Download Only].
I selected [Download Only]. It downloaded the software, so I assume. I went through the disconnect proceedure, knowing I haven't upgraded anything yet. I came back later to actually UPGRADE without having to download it again and I get the SAME message;
"A new iPod software version (1.1.3) is available for the iPod "-my iPod-". Would you like to download and install it now?"
Where does iTunes store this download and what filename is it and WHY is it insisting I download it AGAIN? I'm still using 1.1.1 trying to get to 1.1.3. If this post sounds like it's coming from someone on dial-up, you would be correct.
