Tab key no longer jumps to the next field!

Hi,
Sometime yesterday my Tab key stopped jumping to the next field in a form in ALL OS X apps. Instead it actually makes space in the field when I press it.

How can I fix this?

Check your settings in System Preferences...>Keyboard & Mouse>Keyboard Shortcuts>Full keyboard access: In windows and dialogs, press Tab to move keyboard focus between (Change your preference).
