G 5 Dual 2 Ghz --AGP Monitor card not working

m G5 is not loading the monitor ( stays black)
used multiple agp cards (ATi 9200 and ATi 96000 Pro.). both the mac edition...
only after multiple booting the monitor shows up.
( the same problem with different monitors using apple cinema display 20 inch)
so it needs to be an internal problem maybe ram?
or can it be the agp bus
a pci monitor card works perfectly..
