10.4.9 OS X update and Flip for MAc does not work !

Just did the 10.4.9 update and I can no longer open none of the WMV files that I used to open with flip for mac in quicktime...
Did anyone encounter the same problem ? Am i doing something wrong ? Any assistance will be appreciated...

Yes I did the update of Flip for Mac as well and I also did repair disk permissions of the HD but I still have a blank white screen when I open movies that I used to open with Flip for Mac before I have done the Mac Update....
