Confilct with itunes & Packard Bell

My tech support helpdesk have identified a potential confilct between itunes & my packard bell, which is causing windws "blue screen" stop errors (3 or 4 a day!)They say that this is a "well known" issue & patches to correct it should be available.

Anyone any idea if there are patches available?
I have the latest version of itunes but still have the problem.

I don't know about this specific problem, but Apple offer this which covers problems to do with not recognising CDs rather than crashing Windows:

The patches you are looking for will probably come from Packard Bell rather than Apple, so check for recent updates for your PC on the Packard Bell support site:
