My iTunes window is AFU.

My iTunes window is all clear and stuff. It kinda happened on its own. I didn't do anything different or install any new versions.

maybe try uninstalling iTunes and re-installing.
or u could install a different version of iTunes

Do you have an plug-ins or widgets that might be trying to produce a transparent skin?

Uninstalled fully any re-installed twice.

No plugins or widgets, fully stock.

When your reinstalled iTunes, did you do a complete removal as in this article:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93698

If not, it might be worth a go, perhaps something is being left behind?

OK, I am starting to run out of ideas, have you tried creating another account to see if iTunes opens normally there?

The other thing that occurs to me is that it isn't iTunes doing this, have you tried updating your directX?
