time stretching?

hello everyone, just migrated to macs and FCE recently and was using Sony's Movie Studio prior to this. There was a function in MS where you could hit the Ctrl button and drag a video and it would allow you to stretch/extend the duration of that clip to however long you wanted it, just things would slow down a bit.

i have a clip from imovie using one of the themes that i imported into FCE but its not long enough for the accompanying music so i wanted to stretch it a few more secs but can't seem to find a way of doing that. can anyone offer some suggestions? thanks.
