Podcast Landing Page

Hello-

I work with some major media clients who are interested in having their iTunes podcasting pages more customized, like the NASA and Blomberg pages. We would like to be able to provide this customization for them or facilitate the process. How do we go about doing this? Any information on this would be extremely helpful.

I'm thinking that these companies have teamed up with iTunes marketing perhaps through their Affiliate or Content Provider programs. http://www.apple.com/itunes/contentproviders/index.html
I'm interested in this as well, so I have an email into them to ask about it.
I think that these custom pages are probably created by the iTunes staff and are not something that can be manipulated through an RSS feed (since each page is a collection of many feeds listed in the directory).
