compressing an iMovie

I just made an iMovie and am trying to upload it to a website for a school project; however, the maximum size for a video file on this website can only be 100MB, and my iMovie is 2.33GB. Is there a way to compress this? PLEASE HELP!!!

It's called "Export" and you'll find the options under that or "Share".
Choose QuickTime exports and make a 320X240 sized file using H.264 Video or MPEG-4 Video codec and AAC audio at 128 and your seven minute file should be under 100 MB's.
